  1. I shall be there... mmm.. nachos
  2. That took care of the runner at 3rd. Billy shoulda clobbered him
  3. Looks like 10 in a row... Horrible... we just look horrible
  4. Lets go crew! Just stop the freaking skid.
  5. Why on earth can't we get past the 7th with a lead? Bad finish by the crew. Jenks got a huge round of applause by the remaining people with that home run, he could easily get the fan base back if he goes on a tear. Brewers look aweful, but I'll still go/listen/watch the game. Ugh... Atleast we were able to get 2 baseballs (TY Corey Hart and Ball girl) from some 5 year old kids in our section.
  6. Ugh... talk about power outage. Well that called 3 looked a tad outside, didnt' catch most of the game, so don't know if he was giving people the corners. Will be there tommorow, perhaps being there mojo will help.
  7. Florida Marlins (65 - 69) Anibal Sanchez RHP (5-2, 3.41 ERA, 1.31 WHIP) http://www.eluniversal.com/2006/06/27/27318a1%20copia.jpg For the second time in five days, Sanchez takes on the Brewers. In his last start, the rookie gave up two runs in six innings. The 22-year-old gave up seven hits and three walks, but struck out six. Over his last four starts, Sanchez is 1-0 with three no-decisions. Sanchez has not surrendered more than two earned runs in five straight starts. @ Milwaukee Brewers (62 - 72) Chris Capuano LHP (11-8, 3.53 ERA, 1.19 WHIP) http://mlbplayers.mlb.com/images/2005/09/13/tjQ6eEGa.jpg Up until the seventh inning, Capuano had one of his strongest outings of the season, allowing just two hits with nine strikeouts over a scoreless first six innings. In the seventh, though, holding a 2-0 lead, Capuano gave up back-to-back solo home runs to Miguel Cabrera and Josh Willingham to tie the game up. The no-decision was Capuano's third in his past four appearances TV: FSN (642 DTV, 31 TWC Milwaukee) Radio: 620 WTMJ. (Confirm this? Not 10 hours of Packers post game?) Series Probables Saturday - Josh Johnson RHP (12-6, 2.87/1.26 ) @ Ben Sheets RHP (4-6, 4.62/1.20 ) Sunday - Scott Olsen LHP (11-7, 4.24/1.34 ) @ Tomo Ohka RHP (4-3, 4.40/1.31 ) September Call Ups Vinny Rottino - 3rd Base/C (.379/.440/.819) Dennis Sarafate - RHP (10-7,3.67/1.63) Mojo Home Sweet Home. http://www.soulofamerica.com/images/photoswi/milwaukee/photos/Mil_Miller_Park_baseball.jpg
  8. You know what tommorow is? A HOME GAME! Lets see if it's just road woas of a sign of how the last few weeks are going to be.
  9. What the heck.. I got to move a new desk into the house and come back down 5 - 2? Ugh... This is hard to watch.
  10. Milwaukee Brewers (62 - 70) Dave Bush RHP (9-10, 4.89 ERA, 1.23 WHIP) http://milwaukee.brewers.mlb.com/images/2006/04/07/BuPKavol.jpg Aside from a disastrous third inning, Bush looked solid in a five-inning effort in his last start against the Marlins in which he allowed six runs on eight hits with five strikeouts. In the third, Bush got into 0-2 counts against three straight batters who all eventually got on base leading to a four-run inning for the Marlins. Bush's last win came against the Astros in which he gave up four runs on eight hits with five strikeouts over seven innings. @ Houston Astros (64 - 68) Roger Clemens RHP (6-4, 2.50 ERA, 1.07 WHIP) http://images.sportsnetwork.com/mlb/getty/houston/2004/clemens_roger19.jpg In his last start on August 25, Clemens limited Pittsburgh to one run over six innings to win his fourth in a row. It was career win number 347 for the Rocket. Clemens defeated Milwaukee 3-1 on August 20. He tossed seven innings and limited the Brewers to one run on six hits and recorded seven strikeouts TV: FSN (642 DTV, 31 TWC Milwaukee) Radio: 620 WTMJ Series Probables 8/31 - Doug Davis (9-8, 5.17|1.59) vs. Andy Pettitte (12-13, 4.56|1.48) 7:05pm Games till we come home: 2
  11. Wow.. guess it's a good thing my wife came home and ninja'd the remote and I missed seeing the slaughter.
  12. Why do they do this to me? Just as I was starting to look at the DTV guide they rally back. Can we finish a game for once? And Touche Rivera, that was a nice come back.
  13. Lets hope we get better IGT Mojo then I have in the past 3 games. Ugh..
  14. Yeah.. just like Jenkins I thought I could post through it. But I guess Ineed my mojo to refill. 8-4 now. 3 game skid!
  15. I could pitch strikes with a zone that big.
  16. It's supposed to be something that cleans a floor that doesn't sweep. But it can also be representative of our > 7th inning play.
  17. Thanks..edited. I'm not ready for Football, it needs to be colder outside.
  18. Milwaukee Brewers (62 - 68) Ben M. Sheets RHP (4-5, 5.02 ERA, 1.22 WHIP) http://mlbplayers.mlb.com/images/2005/09/06/BwAMrmT8.jpg Sheets got back to basics in his last start, scrapping the cut-fastball he's been working on and throwing four-seam fastballs, his bread-and-butter curveballs and the occasional change-up. What a difference in the results. After sitting in the 88-92 mph range six days earlier, Sheets consistently hit 95-96 mph against the Rockies and limited them to one run in seven innings. Look for him to take a similar approach in Florida, where he's 1-0 with a 1.29 ERA (two earned runs in 14 innings) in two starts. @ Florida Marlins (63 - 66) Josh Johnson RHP (11-6, 2.90 ERA, 1.27 WHIP) http://florida.marlins.mlb.com/images/2006/03/14/FoNX5vSZ.jpg Johnson comes off another impressive performance, allowing three runs on five hits in seven innings against the Nationals. However, the rookie settled for a no-decision, although he left the game in line for the win. Johnson has won three of his last four decisions, and has gone at least seven innings eight times. TV: FSN (642 DTV, 31 TWC Milwaukee) Radio:1290 am (Check BRN.com) Next Series On Tuesday Brewers (62-68, 23-42 Away) meet up with the Astros (62-68, 34-31 Home) at Minute Made Park. Series Probables 8/29 - Tomo "Babe" Ohka (4-3, 4.42|1.34 ) vs. Roy Oswalt (10-8, 3.23|1.23) 7:05pm 8/30 - Dave Bush (9-10, 4.89|1.23) vs. Roger Clements (6-4, 2.50|1.07) 7:05pm 8/31 - Doug Davis (9-8, 5.17|1.59) vs. Andy PEttitte (12-13, 4.56|1.48) 7:05pm Mojo The anti-broom. The Vacuum. http://www.eco-labels.org/greenconsumers/photos/vacuum.jpg
  19. Well guess my good luck has stopped, I thought maybe we'd pull it out with David "Great Hair" Bell hit that solo shot. 8 - 3 now on a 2 IGT skid!
  20. Gord Ash needs to say "About" more often. Silly Canucks.
  21. High inside fastball Kevin Menchs equivalent of the low inside breaking ball to Jenks? We need some mojo! Any ideas?
  22. Milwaukee Brewers (62 - 67) Chris Capuano LHP (11-8, 3.55 ERA, 1.21 WHIP) http://mlbplayers.mlb.com/images/2005/09/13/tjQ6eEGa.jpg Capuano labored through six shutout innings in his last start for his first win since making the National League All-Star team. Working without his sharp command, Capuano held the Rockies scoreless on three hits and three walks for his first win since a six-hit shutout of the Cubs on July 6. He was 0-4 with a 5.10 ERA in his first seven starts after the break. @ Florida Marlins (62 - 66) Anibal Sanchez RHP (5-2, 3.4 ERA, 1.27 WHIP) http://www.eluniversal.com/2006/06/27/27318a1%20copia.jpg Sanchez is showing no signs of slowing down. In his last start, the 22-year-old rookie worked seven solid innings, giving up one run on four hits in beating Washington. It was right-hander's first win since July 25 at Atlanta. In his last four starts, Sanchez had been 0-2, despite having some impressive performances. For instance, he tossed six shutout innings and allowed three hits in a no-decision at the Dodgers on Aug. 15. TV: FSN (642 DTV, 31 TWC Milwaukee) Radio: 620 WTMJ.
