    "the win against Detroit the day after the no-hitter was claimed by many to be a turning point" and it was... there can be more than one turning point in a season this just felt abnormally good tonight.

    Don't want to jump the gun, but I really believe the entire pitching staff needed this, nearly everyone contributed with scoreless innings, hopefully re-spreading confidence all over the bullpen... and that last at bat by Fielder really has me hoping he's seeing the ball better than he has in a month. What are your thoughts?

    On a brighter note..... On a Tuesday in late August...with no chance at the wild card, coming off a 2 game losing streak, and the last place pittsburgh pirates in town....
