  1. I'm the biggest Gross fan out there. But bench his ass. Put the rook in.
  2. Lyle kicking rears today. 3-5 so far 1HR, a big two out 2 run double. 5RBIs. Man, that Jays lineup is scary.
  3. It certainly does not look bad. Carp got rocked his last outing. He won't do that twice in a row.
  4. Hall batting 7 again. Oh yeah, and carpenter is gonna throw a no hitter. The hex is on.
  5. Why don't these guys move up in the box a little.
  6. Ye, I realize his D still isn't up to par.
  7. Didn't he have like 15 Ks in his first 30 some ABs? Now he has 28 in 106 not counting what he does tonight. EDIT: June 30. Braun batted .274/.346/.438 with seven homers and 37 RBIs at high Class A Brevard County before the Brewers challenged him with a promotion to Huntsville, where he has just five hits--three for extra bases--and has whiffed 15 times in 29 at-bats. And he went 3 for 3 tonight with 2 doubles and a dinger. Now batting .321. Time for a promotion?
  8. July 26 Roundup From rangersminors.mostvaluablenetwork.com L-King southpaw Julian Cordero ran into his first trouble as a starting pitcher on Wednesday evening, allowing a Rheinecker-esque line of three innings, eight hits, four runs (three earned), no walks, and one strikeout. July 21 Left hander Julian Cordero was outstanding once again, logging a season-high seven innings while allowing two runs (one earned) on five hits. Cordero, who has allowed just 11 hits in 23 innings since joining the Clinton rotation, walked one and struck out five. Cordero has a K/BB ratio of 17:5 in his four starts this season. Who knows anything about his stuff?

  10. I thoroughly enjoy when dave bush pipes a fastball on an 0-2 count.
  11. They should keep sheets down there in that 105 degree heat for a couple games. Get his butt back in shape.
  12. Randy Walker. Truly, one of the best offensive minds in all of college football. The good ones always die young.
  13. Yovani is not injured. They pulled him because he wasn't doing that great---he walked three guys and hit another 3, plus several hits. ___________________________________________________ 7 hits? I see only 3, with 2 hit batters on the box score. Just wondering if the box is right.
  14. So, 80 pitches so far for hamels. 46 strikes. As they say about davis, effectively wild?
  15. Damn, we gotta catch the cubbies. They're now losing 9-0.
  16. I think we Have to focus more on the Brewers and less worry what the Cubs do. I know we all dislike them but it really does not make our losses and more bearable. __________________________________________________ To me it does.
  17. Time to bring up Zach Jack as well. Four lefties in the rotation. I think they all have different styles though. Not sure about Zach.
  18. At least the CUBBIES are getting waxed as well. SF 5-0 in the first.
  19. Damian Miller. Lead-off hitter. Anyone with me? ______________________________ Two hitter wouldn't be a bad idea.
  20. DD SIGHTING. Not ready to take him off the milk carton yet.
  21. Probably a cubs fan.
  22. Bernie, change early to anytime. They are horrific.
