"Gross/Clark platoon in CF. Jenkins/Hart platoon in RF. Man law." That's not a bad plan of attack. Begin to mix the youth with the elders more and more.
"I'm serious now, is that the consensus, that Hart, Cruz, and Gwynn are going to be studs some day?" I'm in the negatory on that belief. (regarding Cruz and I don't know enough about Gwynn)
Personally, I think he's got the talent to be an everyday mlb fielder on a team. I don't think he's in the Brewers future plans though with our outfield depth.
They basically all suck except for Wise and Turnbow. That's what it comes down to. I wouldn't want to put those bums in on a consistent basis either. That's not an excuse either those guys throw side sessions if they don't go to work for awhile.
exactly. He got a guy Ned doesn't trust with a lead to replace Julio Santana who was trusted and pretty darn good in key situations for most of last year.
The POS bullpen is all on Melvin. The crappy starts are just bad luck because of injuries but Melvin didn't upgrade the bullpen at all during the offseason.
