3rd job in the years, 3rd insurance policy, 3rd different doctor.
Worried I just tore my LCL. Every other day I can barely walk. My new doctor brushed me off as someone looking to get opioids.
I am 47, single, and a Christmas curmudgeon due to being forced to listen to Christmas music for 4 months a year (Halloween until Valentine's Day) when I worked customer service.
I don't decorate. I celebrate.
Of course the richest teams want a cap. The owners want to make more money.
The players have to agree to it.
If the owners could have a salary cap of 2 million they would take it
What would need to happen for a salary cap to come into place:
1) Owners would need to open up the books (never happen)
2) Wealthy teams would have to share more revenue (never happen)
3) Players would have to be ensured a percentage of total team revenue (ticket sales + tv) every season (this is how it works in every other sport - MLB Owners would never agree to it)
4) Arbitration/player control would have to be massively reworked
