  1. Top 6 should make the playoffs.
  2. No kidding considering Looper doesn't have his best stuff today.
  3. the thing is...HOW can you fake that and WHY would you want to?
  4. PRINCE!!!! Called another one!!! I seem to be on a roll when it comes to calling home runs http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  5. I'd rather keep Parra and Jeffress...
  6. Unbelievable...poor use of the bullpen tonight AND no Braun now......way to go Macha.
  7. Peavy Bedard Halladay Lee Penny Washburn possibly a new option....Jason Marquis?
  8. just to add to that...19/36 of the game's outs (more than half) have been from ground balls.
  9. 4/5 (12/15) of Cleveland's outs have resulted from a ground ball. I thought that was pretty interesting...
  10. Juuuuuuust a bit outside....oh wait, he swung at it....
  11. Lets go Braunie. Tie this game (or at least get a couple runs in).
  12. I hate to sound like a jerk...but that little dancing kid behind the Brewers' dugout is really starting to annoy the hell out of me.
  13. I was hesitant to include him, but instead of feeling comfortable when he comes to the plate (not to mention when a ball is hit his way at 3rd), I am always praying he doesn't strike out. I guess it's just the feeling of being spoiled by how successful Braun was when he first came to the majors. I'm sure with some time he'll work things out.
  14. Whatever it is, the team needs a real good wake up call. The starters aren't performing well enough so they're tiring the bullpen out. The offense has been inconsistent of late. There are too many guys under-performing (Hardy, Hart, Hall, Gamel, Parra, just to name a few), but yet there are some guys trying to pick up the slack (Counsell, McGehee, DiFelice, etc.). I think we really need to make a trade or two to solidify the team. I'm not a huge fan of Cliff Lee, seeing as he's not a consistent ace, and has had a history with injuries, but he would be a welcome addition. DeRosa would fill a HUGE hole, either at 3B, 2B, or even some starts in RF/SS. I love that he's an ultimate utility player. That would be the first deal I would try to do. The next would be to try getting a #3/4 starter to help the rotation.
  15. A lot of the things we say are just out of frustration.
  16. Buerhle now has more HRs this season than Russell Martin.
