  1. Did anybody else see that Catanzaro was brought in for a workout yesterday? I have to imagine it's not for PK duties and rather perhaps as a kickoff specialist?
  2. DOMINATED. 0-7 I believe.
  3. Brushback? He's taking one in the ribs. Probably, but not needing to call my shot that specifically.
  4. That Tatis bat-flip gonna get him a brushback at some point in a future atbat. #ClassyCardinalWay
  5. Great play call, even better defensive stop. Now a 6:00 minute drive ending in a TD and this thing is over.
  6. Nah. Big D play coming up.
  7. Alexander throwing shoulder checks, uninterested in wrapping up.
  8. You've got to be kidding me.
  9. Is Crosby incapable of a touchback anymore at his age, even indoors? Or is that the playcall?
  10. Is this true? Holy crap. Yes. Was a television graphic early in the 2nd quarter, IIRC.
  11. Wow. OPI all day. Well...on second and third looks, he might not push and rather just get his hands up. DB didnt really look disrupted, but rather looks like he got his own hands off at the same time worried about DPI?
  12. Not MLB, but there have been a few draft "mis-steps" in my opinion in the past 8 years or so. Namely trading out for Kevin King instead of taking TJ Watt. Kenny Clark instead of Jaylon Smith or Myles Jack was a frustration for a while, despite Clark's success. You never know if they tried or not, or what it would have taken but a few times I would have liked to move up in the late teens and take a franchise MLB like Shazier (2015?) perhaps.
  13. Yeah, I went through a wide range of emotions on that play. When I saw Lazard had the coverage beat, I was like "ohhhh man", and then when he stumbled I was like 'awww, no...." and then when he caught it anyways I was like "OMG! He still CAUGHT THAT!?!?" Ditto!
  14. Legit question if anybody knows. When is the last Packers lost fumble on special teams? Seems like they've been pretty sure handed the past few years?
  15. Packers O' scheme looks vanilla without DA. Just misdirection runs, no real routes downfield.
  16. I realize game flow dictates a lot, but not thrilled giving up 34+ to any team.
  17. I've wondered all off-season, with Rodgers only being 35 last season, and seeing what Brees/Brady have done in their late 30's...how much of Rodgers 2019 struggles were diminishing talent or just truly a new offensive scheme/system. Sure, the truth may still be in the middle somewhere, but I don't think he's done being in the top-5 elite QB in the game. He'll be 37 this year, but I still take your point. He did miss more big plays last year than he had at any other time in his career. But I think he's still a top 5 QB. I'd just like to see if he can still come close to the level he's played at in the past. I think it's pretty encouraging that he's talked about better balance. He threw a lot of those off his back foot last year.

  19. Broken kneecap on taylor? didn't seem like a ligament issue. :shrugs:
  20. You watch your tongue. Smashmouth is awesome. :D They're no longer All Stars. I see what you did there...:tip of the cap:
  21. Season ending right knee if I had to guess from Taylor's reaction.
  22. There were a couple where you could tell they just didn't get in/out of the huddle quick enough and didn't really have a problem with 1st half timeouts...but frustrating to see still in the 2nd half.
  23. Depends on your definition of good I guess. I think they lost 8 starters on defense? They were exceptional in 2019...average would be my adjective.
  24. Score here and you start to take their run game out of the equation. Playing with the lead a big factor. Maybe? Cousins gains 15yds every time he takes off.
