  1. Terrible 4th down play defensive play call. I can run that route with 4 geriatric members of my nursing home down the street.
  2. sloppy kick and even dumber challenge.
  3. What league plays championship in week 17? Ones that take more thought and strategy than those that end in week 16 that my blind doberman could win?
  4. I didn't think they were getting 82 in. Is that the case now?
  5. According to CBS.....The NFL playoffs are not based on a pure bracket system. In the divisional playoffs, the No. 1 seed is assured of playing the lowest-seeded Wild Card survivor. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/standings/playoffrace/
  6. But, but, but....3 games in 12 days. :eyeroll:
  7. [sarcasm]I'm running to Kohl's right now and stand in line to grab my commemorative 2020 NFC North Champions tee shirt when they open tomorrow.[/sarcasm] In a COVID pandemic....just stay home and order it on Kohls.com
  8. Ideally you win out, of course. But if the Packers lose to the Titans AND a Saints loss to KC (or Minnesota), the Packers clinch the #1 seed unless they fail to win 2 of the 3. That's with Seattle or Rams winning out (of whoever wins their head to head week 16) http://www.espn.com/nfl/playoffs/machine
  9. Aren't we in the drivers seat now? I'm already chalking up the Titans game as a loss. I would like a 1.5 game lead after next week. How is the half accomplished mathematically? A tie?
  10. Looks like a quad bruise situation for Rodgers?
  11. You knew 17 was not enough to win that game. I honestly think 17 is enough to win that game. The Saints offense with Hill hasn't been lights out. They didn't score the entire first half. Yeah, they got some points pretty quick, but I absolutely believe 17-14 can win the Eagles this football game.
  12. looks like a catch to me. It did live anyways.
  13. Now that's an open-field tackle by Amos! Most DBs would just throw a shoulder and that drives me crazy.
  14. Lots of assumptions, but if the Eagles can hold on today, the road to HFA is a lot easier for the Packers, even with a loss to Tenn. Assuming NO loses to KC.
  15. And now Savage blitzes...and the result? :gasp:
  16. Rush 4, sit in zone, get beat.
  17. I think 85% of games in the NFL are TOUGH GAMES. It's the NFL. Talent parity, etc. It seems a majority of games are decided in the final quarter with a handful or two of plays defining the difference between wins and losses.
  18. Would Eagles over the Saints help us much? Goodness Gracious. As if we needed another reminder that anything can happen in this league over 30 and 60 minutes of football. Enjoy the good moments and don't get so hand-wrung over the not so good moments. I need to be better at that.
  19. On 3rd and 9, is the 4-yd out really the FIRST progression? Is that the play being called?
  20. Wisc Offensive game plans look like absolute trash since week 2. I don't understand it.
  21. At this point I would just like to see us have the opportunity to play in the Super Bowl and worry about what our chances are against the Chiefs or Steelers once we get there. Yup. That's called putting the horse before the cart. Right now the Packers are still cleaning the saddle.
  22. Throwing the football with #12, up by 16 with 3 mins to go. Didn't see that coming.
  23. Bears kicked a fg. I personally prefer to be able to defer just because of the possibility of being able to score going in and coming out being a psychological advantage. He meant, the Bears got zero on their opening drive of the half. And yes, while strategic, it doesn't work out often enough the team receiving the 2nd half kickoff even gets the ball last going into the half, let alone scores. I think it's being way overblown.
