  1. It’s honestly baffling that they thought the difference between Hamilton and Monasterio was Seigler and the 67th pick (and bonus pool money.). Even in you think Monasterio and Hamilton are about even you tell the Red Sox to piss off if they want that pick.
  2. Will continue to point out if the Rosenthal report is true we majorly ****** up that trad by adding completely unnecessary pieces to it
  3. “Looking to put one in the seats, tie this game.” Immediately swings at a first pitch slider in the dirt.
  4. Might as well bunt with two strikes Bunty McBitchhits
  5. A right handed pitcher throwing cutters to a left handed hitter is just asking to have to it go right into the hitters wheelhouse.
  6. I for one am shocked that a reliever the Brewers traded for at the deadline turned into a pumpkin.
  7. Next California Gold Rush is going to take place in Freddie Freeman’s chin.
  8. 104 mph rocket and a 4 pitch walk. Hope we have someone warming up in case Drohan is losing it
  9. Yelich got a hit his last at bat so there was no question he was going to make two outs in his next at bat.
  10. *Pushes up glasses* Actually, the orientation of Dodger Stadium means the Pacific is behind home plate.
  11. I picture Rortvedt helping out his home state by telling our hitters what’s coming like that catcher did for Michael Jordan in Soace Jam.
  12. Joey Ortiz gonna end the season with a higher OPS than Yelich and Contreras
  13. Cubs offense has like 8 players with an OPs at .740 and above and one starter with an OPS under .700. On any random day we have no less than 3 players with an OPS under .700 and usually 4. What the hell are you even talking about?
  14. The Cubs offense is good because they hit for power and get on base. Not just because they’ve been good in August. It’s like you’re willfully ignoring things right in front of you to piss people off
  15. Going to hot take on their cereal conversation but not really because I’m right. All cereal is gross.
  16. Imagine spending this much time defending the offense only for them to average 3.3 runs the next 12 games. Sort of poetic in a Lord Byron/Charles Bukowski kind of way.
  17. Said it when it happened, said it before the trade deadline and will continue to say it. Once the Dodgers got Skubal you stand pat or you put out offers to controllable bats and see if a team bites.
  18. Would that really have been a disaster or would it have just been Brewers baseball? #philosophy
  19. So dumb. How do they not do Gary the Grouch or Grover Sanchez? I never even watched Sesame Street because Guy Smiley terrified me but I spent two seconds on this and came up with two better names than what they gave him.
  20. We won't be in the playoffs long enough for him to mess up a bunch. *Ducks from BCF bombs*
  21. Congrats to Lara coming up with a new way to make things harder on themselves.
