Indians Looking to Get Over the Hump; Acquire C Sal Fasano From Braves for PTBNL

It's clear by this move that.

A) The Braves believe they are sellers
B) This extremely hurts depth behind McCann and increases the Brewers odds at a playoff berth.

Are you being serious? I assume that that should be in blue, but maybe not.

As for Fasano, I wasn't even aware he was still around... ahh- I see now that he was putting up a .597 OPS in Richmond. I bet Victor Martinez is miffed they traded for such a superstar to take his at-bats.

[Tedaldtada]

yea, this isn't a big deal at all. Braves are in it to win it.

Yes, I forgot the blue. I just wanted to point out what a worthless, non news worthy trade it was.

[JoeHova]

No, I don't care about the blue, you just made such a nice case for why it was an important move that I was momentarily taken aback.

I'm assuming the trade for Sal Fasano includes his mustahce. In which case how can this be a minor move.
