Alot of if's here, but here it goes:

 

1) Brewers falter a bit, end up a few games out of first at the trade deadline.

 

2) Yankees make a big move, but yet lack the pitching they need.

 

The Yankees call and offer Hughes and another prospect for Sheets. What do you do?

I would do Hughes for Sheets straight up, and I'm a pretty big Ben Sheets fan. The kid's the real deal, and would provide the Brewers to buy out some arby years of the players they want to hang onto.
