You have to see the clip of Braun's homer from the Nats broadcast (on Gameday). The Nats announcer(s)..."Ryan Braun 0 for 2 today, strikeout and a pop-up (crack) and a homerun, oh". The guy didn't miss a beat. He called the homer almost as quick as The Doorman fist pump.

Have to admit I expected to see Jody Gerut get his first Brewers' HR before Alcides Escobar, but congrats anyway...hope he can hit a few more before his time with the Crew is done.

Yeah, this win made me happier than I expected, esp. given my Negative Nancy act earlier. I thought they were gonna waste another Yo start and miss out on a series win. Nice, I'll take both.
