iPod question

I recently left my company to go to a competitor. As a result of that move, my company immediately terminated me instead of letting me work for two weeks (understandable)....so I was locked out of my computer without being able to backup my music. I got a new computer from my new company and downloaded iTunes, but I am worried that if I synch up my iPod it will erase everything on the iPod since the newly downloaded iTunes on the new computer has no music.

 

My question: Is there a way to upload music from an iPod to a computer?

One thing you can do to keep the stuff on your iPod now is to set it to update manually, rather than have it sync up automatically when you hook up your iPod.

I used podutil a few times, works ok, but you have to sit there and click 'ok' every 50 songs because it wants you to pay otherwise.

another question, i also changed computers and now add music manually, but how do you delete music from ipod manually?
