It's like the guy on ebay who sells bobbles for those ridiculous buy it now prices. He must get someone to pay it, or he wouldn't be doing it all these years.

Some of those Amazon partners will sell stuff for absurd prices. I've seen out-of-print vinyl records and out-of-print books listed at super high prices, too.

 

All it takes is one person with deep pockets and a need for a "rare" item. Buying from Amazon at least offers more assurances than buying from ebay or craigslist.

Question: Do you guys keep yer McFarlane figures in the package or display em? I display the two I have, though I'm sure any value they have is driven down as soon as I open the package.

I get two of the Brewers, one to open and display, one to keep in the package.

This one was actually given to me and I have no interest in collecting them. I kept it in the package...in a box...tucked away with some extra bobbles of mine.
