Alright! I was going to make a joke about Cory Provus making a mistake because Kotsay couldn't have possibly hit a home run, but that wouldn't be so funny now that Braun followed with another one.

 

C'mon, Prince, get number two on the game and number three on the inning.

Kotsay really has stepped up when asked much of the year. Sure he isn't going to put up Braun numbers or even Hart numbers...but he has been a positive influence on this club.

I still think Green is better defensively than McGehee, regardless of what Schroeder says. McGehee may have made that but he will also boot/throw away easier plays and Green probably has a bit more range.

edit: Schroeder is acting like McGehee is Ozzie Smith and Green is Yuni out there. I think a lot of it is because Green's a rookie.

Facing those 3 consecutive Cy Young Award Winners/Candidates (Worley hasn't been around long enough but has pitched like one) really messed with Green's confidence.

Based on Green's batting stance with that big leg kick, I expect him to be streaky like Jenkins. It's hard to keep your timing right with that stance.
