They were part of the birthday package. You would pay like $35 and get a package that included your name on the scoreboard and the bernie brewer bobblehead.

ok, so they are pretty rare then, ok, I'll take them off my "need" list since if anyone DOES have them, they probably won't part with them.

I have one I got this year from my birthday dated '05 there is a glue spot on it when I got otherwise it looks really nice I wouldn't mind letting it go. I don't really want it.
