The groundskeepers at Miller Park have a pretty sweet job. Never have to worry about the tarp; basically just don't let the outfield grass die.

 

Now he has to worry about carving the darn Arch into the OF and he has to pay attention during the games.

I'd submit that the Miller Park job is pretty challenging, just as it would be with every park with natural grass and a roof. It took several years before the grass was consistently green and healthy looking. You could tell that this wasn't an issue of competence. County Stadium's grass looked great once the Packers stopped playing there. And Helfaer Field's grass has always been gorgeous.
