2018-09-26: Brewers (Chacín) at Cardinals (Gant) 6:10 PM CDT [Brewers win, 2-1 -- Postseason Spot Clinched! Let the Champagne Fly!]

[topper09er]

Now Martinez knows what that looks like

[YelichPosse]

horse crap he leaned into that

[Cool Hand Lucroy]

DeJong tried real hard to avoid that...

I know. Never called. Just a personal pet peeve.

[TURBO]

That was UUUUGE!!

[WinkelsasVsSoriano]

YESSSSSS! Huge play!

[Ron Robinsons Beard]

Ha DP ... horrible baserunning by Martinez!

Visions of Villar dancing in my head there.

[YelichPosse]

I can’t stand Ozuna... idk why. So glad we got Yelich instead of him..

[MrTPlush]

Thank the lord.

[Cool Hand Lucroy]

I would take 2 more runs here.

[YelichPosse]

Praise the lord ! Woo

[hurricanecrush]

Nice! I’m not used to seeing the Cards play sloppy baseball.

[topper09er]

Burnes uses the Jeff Suppan technique, just hope they hit it hard right at someone. Whatever works

[TURBO]

Martinez seems like a guy who would drive you absolutely crazy as a fan of his team...

[MrTPlush]

If the Cardinals miss the postseason, mental mistakes and errors killed them.

[markedman5]

Getting breaks tonight.....lots of hard contact for outs.

[YelichPosse]

Same. But I sure could get used to it!

Would be nice to get at least one more in this inning now.

[WinkelsasVsSoriano]

Agreed. Clearly put his elbow out there, then pulled it back real quick like he was trying to avoid it.

I feel the same. I can't stand him and have nothing to base that on...Must be because he is a Cardinal.

[Ron Robinsons Beard]

For some reason, Pirates leaving Nova in to get slapped around. They have a good pen. I don't get it.

[Zad Fnark]

A bit harsh.

Burned has smoked plenty of hitters.

Yes... I did watch Suppan give up a ton of hits with the T-Rats.

[young guns]

Was that the first strike yelich has seen all night?

[adambr2]

I figured the Cubs were up 8-1 seeing the comments. I just checked, it’s 4-1 after 3. Haha

Nah, I think the Cubs got this one. They weren't going to win again sometime against Pitt. Hopefully at worst we can enjoy the day off tomorrow and see if we can move into a tie with a Cubs loss.

[PinaMadness]

PITCH TO CHRISTIAN!!!

[WinkelsasVsSoriano]

MVP of walking!

[Ron Robinsons Beard]

Cards want NO part of Yelich. The rest of the order has to make them pay.
