Robles played that perfectly off the CF wall. That might be a big play; great to see Arcia with the double there.

No, that play definitely should have been made.

 

No kidding. Maybe you don't catch it cleanly, but a MLB SS has to at least stop a shot like that right in front of him and throw the guy out rather than boot it 10 feet away.

Seems like every batter either the FB or Slider fails Chacin. Hasn't had both pitches in the same AB all night.

 

He’s our worst starter now.

 

I know you are excited about the kids but that's just not true.

He's struggling tonight. That's clear as day. His struggles in general are overblown due to 2.1IP 6ER vs LAD. He's right around 4 era without that and he started last season in the same vacinity before ending the year at 3.5 era.

I hope Chacin can get thru 7,8, and 9 next inning, but somebody better be warm for the top of the order. He might be at 100 pitches by then anyway.

So the way to get the low strike called tonight is to practically bounce it off the plate...

 

This zone is hot garbage. I’ve seen dumpster fires in Death Valley that were better than this.

 

Angel Hernandez had a better zone the other night.
