How often does a team score in the 1st inning?

Anyone have an exact percentage on this? I'm interested in the percentage chance that any team in the MLB might score in the 1st inning? are there stats broken down by team? anybody know where i can get this type of information?

From 99-02, a team scored at least 1 run in an inning about 31% of the time. I know that the most average number of runs are scored in the first but I don't know how often at least 1 run is scored in tthe first.
