My Lorenzo Cain story

I wasn't sure where to put this.

 

Sunday's game was the first game we made it to this year, using our Crib Crew vouchers. We waited in line for a while after the game for my daughter to run the bases. By the time we got to the field, the grounds crews were working on the field and the players were long gone. My daughter takes off running, and as we are walking from 1B to home, I glance at the Brewers dugout and see Lorenzo Cain standing at the top step, just watching the kids run. Everyone was watching the kids, so not too many people noticed him. I thought this was pretty cool.

His kids were probably running out there. He has three you know.

Lorenzo has THREE KID$. In case you forgot from last month.

Nice observation, bork. Little moments like that are part of what keeps me happy to attend games and not just watch/listen to them from home.

Not Cain related but while waiting in line for the base run it was kind of fun to see David Freitas play baseball with his daughter in right field.
