Urias has great ball/strike recognition, and doesn't swing and miss much. That .212 BABIP is the only thing keeping his stat line looking bad; and even then his high OBP gives him a league average wRC+ already. With anything even close to normal batted ball luck it'd look much better. He's already a better hitter than Arcia ever was.
