Sounds like Ashby has been promoted

However, I will wait for legit team sources before believing it

Since been deleted...

I remember the exact same thing happened with Grisham when he got called up. I think his high school coach tweeted a congratulations or something like that. Crowder probably jumped the gun on announcing it before the team. Considering the TBD starter tomorrow and these Tweets, I’d bet he’s either coming up to start tomorrow or at least to provide an option that can give length out of the bullpen.

Coach Cooper wouldn't have made that mistake.

BTW, to set your expectations for tonight, I am going to be there, despite the fact that the Brewers are 0-4 with 2 total runs scored with me in attendance this season.

That seems to be an "underachieving" stat.

Combine that with the fact we scored 14 runs yesterday that jinxes the offense tonight, maybe Davies throws the no no tonight.

Maybe it is the Chicago to Milwaukee relationship but Cubs fans just have a way to really piss me off. The latest has come from seeing so many Cubs fans rip the Brewers for playing a weak schedule. These guys seem convinced the Brewers success is largely due to the quality of their opponent and when the schedule toughens up in July, the Cubs will be there to take over the division. As if the Brewers haven't beaten the Cubs 7 of the 10 times they've played already...

Let's go sweep them and leave no doubt about who the better team is

19-10 vs. teams with winning records, 27-23 without. Leave it to Cub fans to give an intellectually lazy reason like that.

Someone here with a better memory than I might recall... we had that exact same thing a couple years ago with a supposed HBP, crucial situation, hit his bat and they called it a HBP then too. Bad call.

The 6 Cubs fans sitting front row are pretty annoying to look at....

The Brewers do have an incredibly soft schedule in the month of June, but they have also more than held their own against the tougher teams they played early in the year.

Wisdom is a pretty ironic name for a guy who tried to run on Pineapple.

Ooooo, who's the wiseguy now?

Woodruff needs to throw that curve more. It’s getting nasty.

Meh, that was a hanging curveball that Wisdom hit. Woody had been missing a bit tonight and it finally bit him.
