Badgers vs. Gophers

[nate82]

The refusal to play Ferguson anywhere but at the traditional TE spot is getting annoying. PC is a moron at offensive play calling.

[ReverendBrewmeister]

Two FG drives of 85 yards and 66 yards. Offense doesn’t look good enough tonight to finish those long drives. Allen’s ankle likely keeping him from breaking a couple runs. Need another short field given by the defense.

[yourout]

I have to believe a naked would be available with as hard as they're crashing on any kind of a lead.

[wildcat83]

Honestly feels like the defense needs to keep this at 13 to win

[yourout]

Burks has given up the edge more in this one than he has all season.

[adambr2]

Got to be able to get off the field defensively on 3rd and 10 in a game like this.

[Fear The Chorizo]

So does wisconsin just always leave corners on an island?

[yourout]

Gophs got back a call on that one.

[adambr2]

I guess if you want some free yardage just chuck it up and wait for the flag. Minnesota receiver was pushing off more than anything.

[AKCheesehead]

Should have been offensive PI.

[adambr2]

Defense not holding up its end this half, and our offense is not good enough to outscore opponents.

[yourout]

Torchio is not very good in coverage as a safety.

Basically just stood in the middle of the field while the receiver and the DB went across in front of him

[OldHeidelberg]

Should have seen this coming after last week, defense sort of lost their mojo.

[Fear The Chorizo]

Lots of blitzing the house into each other's backs and not getting home, and then leaving undersized corners on their own behind it - recipe for big plays

[DuWayne Steurer]

bad call on the PI aside, defense is just getting roasted on the deep ball. Leaving the middle of the field open, not getting home on the pass rush enough to make any kind of difference, and CB's aren't making plays.

[owbc]

Minnesota looks like the better team. Or at least the more motivated one.

[adambr2]

Minnesota looks like the better team. Or at least the more motivated one.

Which is very unfortunate, because they have essentially nothing to play for and we have everything to play for.

[Fear The Chorizo]

Just begging for a play action on 1st down....gophers with 8 in the box and shooting gaps every time

[OldHeidelberg]

Feels like pick coming for Mertz

[Fear The Chorizo]

Obvious PI missed again

[yourout]

Touchdown here and this baby's over.

[OldHeidelberg]

They catch every contested ball we catch nothing

[adambr2]

This is probably over, honestly.

[yourout]

This is kind of turned into Chrysts MO with losing one or two games a year that you shouldn't.

[nate82]

Should have been PI but if you get your hands on the ball you have to catch it. This team is just horrible at catching the ball plus bad play calls from PC is going to equal a loss. Edited November 27, 2021 by nate82
