I guess Houser wasn’t ready to pitch in a MLB game.

He looked like trash in AAA last turn.
Sigh. Perhaps he will find it before it’s too late?

Was surprised they brought him back after that appearance.  Freddy was rushed back from rehab as well, but he was effective, he wasn't struggling before getting injured, and he's just a better pitcher.

The dodgers just beat up burnes last night and the likely NL Cy young earlier this week. Houser really hasn't pitched poorly. The early walks were unfortunate but he's locating decently and battling...

I consider 4 runs in the first inning (3 hits and 3 walks) is very poor pitching..

But not particularly surprising.

I am so done with Taylor……..give me either Ruiz or Frelick…..even if they struggle at least they are getting experience

I don't mind him as a bench guy but he should not be an everyday CF.

Did you consider we were about a foot away from the Justin Turner ground ball being a double play and only 1 scoring?

Or Mitchell or Weimer.  We literally have four outfielders crushing it in AAA.  They lit up Durham again tonight.

Just pick two.  Past time to DFA Taylor and his .274 OBP along with Davis.

It wasn't just Taylor, the second inning was tough to watch. 92 at the belt over and over and everyone trying to hit it 500 feet and instead missing. It's tough watching the dodgers have good at bats and string hits together while every Brewer is trying to hit a homer

Turners ball was hit 98 miles an hour…….Sure it could have been hit at someone but when they are smoked that hard you aren’t exactly unlucky.

Wiemer had a good day today but he has not been crushing it at AAA

So what. Deal with reality not what could have been. Reality tells me it was a base hit. If the Packers didn’t have a punt blocked in the 49er playoff game they could have won the Super Bowl last year. The only problem was it didn’t happen that way. Could have, should have, would have.
