What's the plan for Kolten Wong next year?

So a sub .700 OPS? Yah, that’s the problem.

Willy Adames in AAA at age 22- .286/.353/.412 .765 OPS
Brice Turang in AAA at age 22    .285/.360/.405 .765 OPS

One reason you don't move Adames for Turang is because there's no guarantee Turang will be up the entire year. Many rookies fail and have to go back to the minors for a while (or the rest of the season).

That’s great, one could find many examples of guys totally bombing with way better lines than that too.

Could he be good right out of the gate, possible…more likely that isn’t the case.

But I’d keep Wong regardless of the expectations of Turang.

Some corrections:

Turang has reverse splits, so you don't sit him vs. LHP, unless he proves he can't hit LHP in the majors..

Over the course of his MLB career, Urias has his best defensive stats (baseball reference) at 3B, second best at 2B, and pretty bad at SS (in a relatively small sample).  He had a 3.1 WAR in 2021, mostly playing 3B. Hard to find someone better.

Turang has hit lefties a little better than righties - but it's not particularly dramatic.

2022: BA - .299 vs L, .278 vs R | OPS .798 vs L, .747 vs R
2021: BA - .266 vs L, .255 vs R | OPS .711 vs L, .705 vs R

We desperately need to add a REAL bat at 3B (I will be extremly disappointed if we go with a Peterson/Brosseau platoon)

The fact that Jace Peterson and his .721 OPS is a 2.3 bWAR/2.0 fWAR player in just over 300 plate appearances should tell you that the list of REAL bats at 3B is a very short list.

I think many Brewers fans have unrealistic expectations of what offense at 3B and 1B should be simply because our main division rival has perhaps the best 3B and 1B in the game right now.

My point is you don't sit him against LHP because he does better against them. Are you really arguing this?

And if you are, are you actually Craig Counsell?

Umm...no. I never said anything like that. That would be stupid.

I presented data to show that while he has reverse splits, that are not that dramatic. Which supports your statement. But the data also demonstrates he's up to the challenge of hitting against right handers - as well as lefties.

Perhaps I should have not quoted your statement, or added more context - saying something like, "Agree, Turang shouldn't sit against lefties, but his splits are not that dramatic" or "Turang should play everyday since his splits aren't very different."

I think we no longer have a failure to communicate.

Yup...no NL West Bottom dwellers willing to give up a superstar for an average package of prospects(and then pay for the privilege).
