Unlikely their owner has stated they want to run their team like the Brewers and Rays.  Except they are ignoring all of the FA contracts and extensions the Brewers have done (Cain, Yelich, Grandal, Moustakas, Chourio and others).  The Orioles haven't spent anywhere.  The Brewers and Rays have also traded prospects when it was called for.  For the Brewers it was for Moustakas, Yelich and almost for Machado the Brewers didn't want to give up Burnes ironically for Machado.

BA has us as the #2
