Just to be clear, they're miles ahead. Cleveland guardians were second in ERA at 3.99

Their 3.62 FIP makes them the only team with a sub 4.00 number

I think a big part of it has been identifying quality second tier college pitching and then adding to/improving those pitchers repertoire. I would hate to see the batting end of that because my guess is we are extremely low on the bats we have drafted/developed.
