Just wondering what everyone would think of trying to acquire him (and potentially try to extend him).

 

I'd love to team him up with Freddy, Hall, etc for the next 4 years and try to rekindle the dual aces.

 

BTV puts it around Quero/Frelick/Turang, which fills a couple needs for the Marlins as well (SS/C).

 

I'm not even sure I'd do this although I think I would, but I'm curious as to what people think.

I doubt it, making a move at the deadline or next year make more sense to me. Giving up 3 top prospects when the year is iffy at best doesn't scream Brewers.

Quero is a good beginning piece to land a star but I would just wait. Let the process play out and see how our young talent plays. We are at a point we have uality young controllable talent at every position including pitching.
