I don't think Civale is the answer, BUT I hope I am wrong!

Let's beat these high-priced ding-dongs!

Burns also gave up early runs frequently.

Civale ain't Burnes!

But, I am more concerned about playing empty bats more than anything tonight ... like Adames, Hoskins, Mitchell ... that middle of the order is not good right now.

Mitchell needs to stop guessing

I am guessing that Perkins is better than Mitchell, BUT I hope I am wrong!

This is like Mitchell's spring training. Don't count him out quite yet.

40+ pitches to get through 2.

Fits right in with the rest of the starters.

Adames is a cleanup hitter with a 755 career OPS. Glad he was on fire for a third of the year, but his normal spot on a good team is 7th.  Hoskins career OPS is .833…still have hope for him.

I wont judge the results based on facing the Dodgers. With that said, not getting guys out with 2 strikes is a common theme with the Brewers right now. A lot of movement on the pitches.

The good news is after the all star break we start getting injured pitchers back.

I feel like we're going to need to run into a couple of home runs against Glasnow to have a chance. I don't envision many back-to-back hits from this lineup.

0 wins in LA…bad road trip (2-5)

1 win in LA…content with west coast road trip (3-4)

2 wins…good trip (4-3)

3 wins…wow (5-2)

One win would at least minimize the bleeding.
