  1. Aaron Ashby: He pitches ONE or less innings and his ERA the past month is 6.75 and walks at least one batter every time he is call upon. Trade bait?
  2. So basically your saying Mason Miller is the only guy available better than Ashby when Ashby pitches about 1 inning every other game and has: 2026 Pitching Breakdown Total Runs Allowed (R): 31 Earned Runs Allowed (ER): 26 Unearned Runs (R - ER): 5 Innings Pitched (IP): 60.2 Appearances / Games Pitched: 51 At 8.7 mil/yr 2027.
  3. That was last year, I think we just pooped out last season. Brewers fought way to hard to get the bye last year and then the layoff just killed us. If the bye happens, it happens. I wouldn't push the peddle to the floorboard to get the bye this year that's for sure. Hope we learned our lesson.
  4. Aaron Ashby pitches ONE or less innings and his ERA the past month is 6.75 totally unacceptable for a playoff team. He has been detrimental to the Brewers the past month or more. I would be 100% in favor of moving Ashby in a deal involving another pitcher. Every year it is the same crap with Ashby at the playoff push. Either he can't handle the pressure or his arm can't withstand a full season. Either way, I am sick of him and his inconsistency. It's a 50/50 shot we win/lose if he is called on with a Brewer lead in the late innings.
  5. Aaron Ashby pitches ONE or less innings and his ERA the past month is 6.75 totally unacceptable for a playoff team. He has been detrimental to the Brewers the past month or more. I would be 100% in favor of trading Ashby in a deal involving another pitcher.
  6. Trade him to the Angels both of there catchers are hitting under .200 Then everyone wins.
  7. And Aaron Ashby the past month has just been just horrendous. He is back to his 2021-2022 type pitching. I have very little confidence in him, he's the only pitcher that makes my stomach do flip flops every time he pitches. For a guy that pitches One or less innings his ERA the past month is 6.75 totally unacceptable for a playoff team. He is detrimental to the Brewers the past month.
  8. But he only gives up 3 runs every 2 innings, Just means we need to score at least 14 runs. Or 2 touchdowns and a field goal.
  9. Or DH but his minor league avg isn't even that great. I would maybe trade him this off season.
  10. The Milwaukee Brewers' charter flight was delayed for 5 hours as the team sat on the runway due to mechanical issues before an away game series in San Francisco.
  11. Plays in South Korea with a 31% strikeout rate. KBO’s Kiwoom Heroes Keston Hiura. https://mykbostats.com/teams/23-Kiwoom-Heroes/roster
  12. And Dodgers lost 7-6 LAD 67-40 Milw 67-40
  13. But if you are injured and can only give 85% I would sit them also or IL them. Has nothing at all to do with coddling them. Its performance based.
  14. I think Murf is just hoping he gets hot before the playoffs but I sure wouldn't play Yeli everyday. Every other game would be good enough for me.
  15. I think there almost the same, Yelich batting .179 in his last 8 games played.
  16. And announcers talking about there ice cream Sundays.
  17. I would see what we can get at the deadline for him.
  18. I agree with 7 HR's and only 37 RBI's. He may be cooked. Now Vaughn looks like little league.
  19. Yes, Logan Webb and we would have two legitimate aces with Miz. To me that would be the masterpiece trade since CC Sabathia. Did hear though that he has bursitis in his push off knee.
  20. Brewers sat on the tarmac Sun. night because of plane trouble for over 5 hrs with their charter and didn't get into San Francisco until early Mon. morning, so no wonder they didn't look very energetic last night.
