Must have changed at some point over the years. I remember some widely replayed punt in the 90s where it almost bounced out of the endzone but barely stayed in, the punt returner picked it up and ran it like 106 yards the other way for a TD while everyone was walking off the field assuming that the ball was dead.

All of this started with Jaire doing something dumb. Arizona had absolutely nothing going for them all game before that point.

I thought Arizona was one of the least penalized teams in the NFL and we were one of the most. You wouldn't know it watching this game.
