Sounds get another run with Alfaro double. Dunn Ks to end the rally

And Restituyo grounds out to end the game in Biloxi. 4-3 loss.

Trats still trailing and Dinges grounds out and is 0-4, and his consecutive games with 2 run HR may end as it’s the top of 8.

Jeez - it looks like Elvin and Jorge challenged the wrong pitch (2-2 pitch was a strike called a ball; then challenged full count correctly-called ball).

That loaded the bases with 2 outs and the Sounds still leading 4-0. Sweet called for Elvis, who promptly got those bases cleared with a grand slam before then walking the next 3 batters. Then Hudson had to bail him out.

The Sounds then loaded the bases via an error and 2 walks with 1 out in the bottom of the 6th, but failed to score (Dalbec force out, Black K).

So now they’re on to the 7th inning, tied 4-4 despite outhitting Iowa 7-2 and stranding 10 LOB vs. Iowa’s 4.

That’s what I was thinking. Got distracted with world events. But man Peguero didn’t have it.  B. Hudson keeping it a tie game. Gonna needs some late runs which seems elusive today.

Avians reaches on an error steals a base. And Quero with a 4 pitch walk. Delgado runs

Then Seigler with a drive to left. 5-4. Next batter Dalbec down the line and 2 runs score. Now 7-4. Only 1 out.

Holub strikes out the side. Sounds win

”officially” a 3-3 day (DSL squads play each other so a guaranteed 1-1 record there).

How about Josh Maciejewski doing his best mini-Misiorowski impression with four perfect innings (4 K) to start the Sounds game.

He wasn’t quite perfect, but Abdiel Mendoza delivered three scoreless (2 H | 3 K) for Biloxi.

Didn’t end up meaning much with Wisco only scoring one run, but Jesus Broca got his six outs facing only five batters going sac fly, 4-6-3 after coming into 1st & 3rd no out jam in the fifth then going 3U3D (1 K) in the sixth.
