Well, Nicasia shows he is a natural corner OF'er but not a natural CF'er misplaying a deep liner to the warning track. That's a ball he absolutely has to catch. Completely misplayed the flight path. Lead-off man aboard in the 5th.

Posting the same things 😂

AND, C Matt Wood misplays a perfect one hop relay throw to home plate that would have been the final out of the 7th inning. Man. EBJ threw an absolute accurate dart. Gotta catch that.

AND, in Wisconsin the CF Kaylan Nicasia experience gets uglier with a misplay fielding the ball and then throwing an inaccurate ball to catch the runner trying to reach 2B.

Anyhow...

OH, and one play later EBJ botches an inning ending grounder.

THIS IS SLOPPY BASEBALL EVERYWHERE ACROSS THE SYSTEM AND IT'S GROSS

😅

Checks to see MacGregor debuts for Biloxi. But single and a double and now a n error  Clingstones up 4-3.

‘in Wisconsin:

Ugh. Base hit up the middle and Nicasia just misplays the ball again.  Runner was going to score but now runner advances to 2nd.  Fortunately a grounder to end the inning. Great Lakes leads 2-1

And, hey, let's get some pitchers in on the action. RHP Craig Yoho throws a ball in the dirt to the backstop allowing the runner to reach 2B freely at 1B with one down. Unbelievable stuff across the board we are seeing tonight. I say it routinely but it is worth saying it again:

We are feeding the baseball gods with some truly ugly Brewers Minor League baseball of late. It's the price we must pay and my witness to these sloppy events across the system put the token in the slot. LOL.

Nicasia has a chance to make up for it and just watches strike 3. Yikes.  TRats trying to get two runners on base home for a run or two…

Meanwhile - Garret Spain have yourself a night. Another solo HR 4-4.

In all of this I missed the Mudacts. Big inning. Walk, walk Adamczewski triples both runners. 6-3 Mudcats. Yes!

There were two outs. Reliever just lost it. Walked two consecutive. Josh just waits and pounces like a mountain lion on the first pitch smoking a deep fly to the right CF gap.

Made with a big walk. Then Peña up and first pitch is a balk.. not sure I saw anything but makes up for the questionable call earlier and in other games too. Run in 2-2

Two pitches later and Pena singles home two. Nice high A start for Luis.

Berroa truly had a wonderful night for the Sounds. He was disruptive and impactful across the board from the first AB. He deserves special mention. They needed that type of lead-off desperately.

Cooper Pratt with a HR. I didn’t see but 2 run shot.

Hot dang. Peña with a nice night (just stole 2nd and going to 3rd yessir), Dinges and Payne back. Burke hitting and Fischer debuting tomorrow

‘AND if (just IF) Pratt can get hot oh boy wow that would be so so nice

Rivera gives up a ripped single to RF to the next batter with the 6-5 lead. He is at a pitch count in the 50's. Now in the low 6-'s pitch count. 2-2 count. Man on 1st. Nobody out. Ugly. Bottom of the 8th.

We need Pratt resurgence. Desperately. And by 'We', I mean 'I'. 😅

Awful call. Peña goes home on Dinges grounder and he seemed to beat the throw not sure if the hands touched the plate but wow another close call and not sure if I agree. Chris Mehring is now convinced so maybe he got him but still very close. 4-2 TRats still. Perez up and Dinges on first

My gods, the infield ump gave the Muddies an out at 2B!!! That's two down now. 6-5 lead still. 0-2 count at the dish. Nice recovery from Rivera here if he can escape.

Bitonti just got to 3B. SB and a throwing error into shallow CF. Noice! We have a man on 3B with nobody out in the 9th.

And he scores on the strikeout on the throw to first. Wow so aggressive but he is fast for such a big guy
