How many putouts did Pratt have at SS in tonight’s game?

As many as you and I

That seems unusual. What is normal? He only had the double play & an error last night. So, he has not had a ground ball to SS throw to 1B yet. That seems very uncommon.

Correct. Only two through two games

Errors on half of his chances, that's not going to cut it.  Im ready to call up Made.

The way Cooper had the widest grin after his first at-bat and his first hit and after his first run scored and after his first RBI, etc ...

I hope he plays the game like that forever.

Another thing I really like about his interview is that he said he was not going to strike out with men on base. He was going to put the ball in play. That's a great attitude for the young man.

I had a funny feeling that his 1st handful of ABs here were going to be similar to what Konnor Griffin did when Pittsburgh came here-----a heavy dose of balls to the right side (Griffin admittedly with more authority though). He sprayed the ball pretty much all over in AAA, and showed a great approach despite the modest numbers. Now we'll see when people come in on him, which hasn't happened much yet.

Loved him in the postgame interview re the hit in the 8th. Don't remember the exact quote but it was along the lines of "I'm not striking out here."

I'm just going to say his leg was tightening up and that's why he looked bad in the 4th inning.

It went back to starting the inning with a walk. Got to stay focused
