having all 5 players outhit the other 9 suggests a coaching concern to me, especially with one going from a 50 to a 140

im concerned that the 5 mediocre guys we dropped are out-hitting the 9 better ones we kept. not suggesting they are better, but the lineup as a whole I would expect better from

again, not suggesting we would be better off with these guys, im concerned with the performance of guys here who should be doing better. the most glaring being the jump for Rengifro

im not at all second guessing trading those guys for pitching. Its just that we had better batters making them expendable, but i feel the current lineup is underperforming

As much as I want Adams and the other young stars to get the opportunity, it seems they prefer covering these injuries with stopgaps and are very hesitant to bring a position player from AAA to the parent club unless they are on the 40-man

Point is just that all 5 marginal guys we dealt or let go of are outperforming the majority of the roster this year, and that is concerning
