No, you didn’t read that incorrectly. Tuesday’s thrashing of the Mariners was a historic one, with the Brewers tying their franchise record for the largest margin of victory, as well as matching a handful of other historic offensive records as well. Lost in the shuffle was a strong outing from Kyle Harrison, who went five innings of scoreless innings and struck out eight.

There would be no encore on Wednesday, however. The Mariners bounced back and victimized Dustin May, chasing him after just 2 innings of work and tagging the newest Brewer for seven runs along the way. That deficit was too much to overcome, despite a 4-RBI day from Joey Ortiz, as the Mariners evened the series at one with a 7-5 victory.

The Brewers jumped all over George Kirby in the series finale, scoring 6 runs in the first inning and never looking back. It was the exact cushion Robert Gasser needed, as he walked a season-high four batters while battling command before being unceremoniously pulled from the game in the middle of an at-bat by Pat Murphy. Still, the bullpen held behind him, and the Brewers took the rubber match 7-4.

MIL Starter: Jacob Misiorowski (6.0 IP, 4 H, 2 BB, 0 ER, 6 K)

William Contreras (4 H, RBI)

The two leading favorites for the NL Cy Young matched up on Friday, as Jacob Misiorowski and Chris Sale faced off at American Family Field to kick off a series between two division-leading ballclubs. The Miz would win the marquee matchup, besting Sale with six scoreless innings, while on the offensive side, William Contreras drove the offense with a 4-hit day against his former team.

MIL Starter: Logan Henderson (6.0 IP, 5 H, 2 BB, ER,4 K)

Logan Henderson and the Brewers captured game two in similar fashion, but this time it was Jake Bauers who was the hero with the bat, with his 2-run homer off of Martín Pérez being the difference in the 4-1 Brewers win.

The action shifted to Williamsport for the 2026 Little League Classic, with Shane Drohan taking the ball for the Brewers against Tyler Mahle of the Braves. Atlanta would win on the special occasion, chipping away at Shane Drohan and getting an add-on run against Aaron Ashby, while Mahle and the Braves pen held the Brewers to just two runs.
