We need to save our bullpen for tomorow when our starter barely lasts two innings.

 

That could pertain to the fading late-season Cappy as well as any other candidate for Sunday's start. Hate to say it, but I think it's so.

 

On another pitching note, thanks to Tomo Ohka for his work this season. (Maybe not so much in the last 10 minutes, but overall.)

Seriously, these guys wanted to win ... it just didn't happen tonight. Tomorrow Duke will lose to Wisconsin. That is, Zach will lose to the Brewers! http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/glasses.gif

 

And should the Brewers lose tomorrow by some incredible circumstance, the rally cry next year will be something like this: "We ain't losers anymore -- NOW it's our time to win!"

With a lefty on the hill, I don't envision any other scenario.... unless they hold Weeks out of the lineup in favor of Hall and put Helms or Cirillo at 3B.
