Why is Ned so utterly clueless?? Does he have to walk a run in?? It's not like he's given up 4 runs already or anything.

Die Grady, DIE.

I don't know how the ump said Clark held up. He practically went all the way around.

I also don't know why Tino Martinez or Joe Torre would care enough to get tossed over it when they are up 7-2. Oh well, at least us Brewer fans can get some entertainment from this game.

I think Torre got himself thrown out because the score was 7-2 and he felt that could win without him. He was sticking up for his player. That is one reason why players love to play for him. It was obvious to me that he was not going to leave the field until after he was ejected. By getting himself ejected, you can bet he saved Tino grief with the press and the boss. I have no doubt that the players appreciate things like that.

Does Ned actually realize you can remove pitchers DURING an inning? Should someone tell him?

It's like the bases need to be loaded for him to realize that it's time to make a change.

So frustrating.

Looks like we'll be looking up at the Pirates in the standings again...........http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/eyes.gif

Sure, the crew is getting creamed, but look on the bright side. If you were watching tv, you got to see Tommy Lasorda fall of the wagon.
