I do worry about sending two lefties on back to back nights. I wish they could juggle the rotation a little more.

 

Not a factor in my mind. One throws fastball-cutter-changeup (mainly fastball and cutter), with the heater at about 84. The other throws about 90 with a curve, change, and slider.

A few thoughts again tonight:

 

Jenks, Pods, and Spivey all seem to be heating up.... come on guys, go on a tear!!

 

Boy, if the offense is really back, then we could be looking at a VERY successful homestand against some fairly mediocre opposition. But lets take care of business first and take at least 2 of 3 from the 'Stros.
