Stats as of a specified date

Does anyone know a place where I can get year-to-date stats by date for a player?

 

What I'd like to get is something like the stats presented on ESPN:

What I'd like to be able to do, however, is enter an ending date and get the stats through that date.

Of course I had to try it to see what our stats looked like since the ASG. Let me say, some of those avgs are pretty impressive. I didn't realize it was that bad.
