Stupid question (since I can't help you, but can at least get this out of the way for someone who can): Living in Wisconsin?

Out-of-state, you'd be looking at the "Extra Innings" package.

You should be able to find the games on the "Sports Alternate" channels. Usually the Brewers are in the "440-450" range. They should be listed in the guide if you like to look ahead. I have "Dish Pass" set up on my Dish DVR to record anything with "Brewers" in the title or info and I get every game...along with an episode of Modern Marvels that focuses on 'brewers' of beer.

...and you shouldn't need any special package if you're in the area.

You need to subscribe to "AMERICA'S TOP 100 PLUS" or above. That will include your Regional Sports Network (FSN).

The games will be on a different channel pretty much every night. If you are setting your DVR or VCR to record the games, make sure you are selecting the right game. Sometimes the opponents broadcast will be included in the guide as well (although not available, because it is blacked out). I've gotten stung by that a couple of times.
