Who is Corey Thurman?

Corey Thurman? I read on him doing well in winter ball and i see he is on the non-roster invite list, just looking for a scouting report on him; velocity, control, pitches. Is he a possible bullpen guy or do you see him sticking as a starter(AAA,AA)? Closer?

Almost all the Brewer minor league free agents who were brought back were given the incentive of a major league camp non-roster invite to re-sign, including Thurman.

 

I'm not so sure his velocity ever returned to low-90's levels, look for him to be a starter candidate in Nashville, and a posible middle reliever in Milwaukee later in 2007 should injuries wreak bullpen havoc again.

Thanx Mas, really informative. I love the guys with an "out" change with a 90+ fastball, hopefully he gets that fastball back to the low 90's if he hasnt already. thanx again.
