    Wow, a couple of those pitches were right in Prince's wheelhouse. That strike 3 - I thought - was a homerun waiting when Harang let it go.

    0-2 pitch to Kapler there has been called for a strike almost all day. At least Wendelstadt is consistent.

    Wow, not that looked a bit more outside than any of the others called so far today.

    When Prince was batting the pitcher threw a tailing inside fastball. It may have been a little in but it looked like a strike, which would have been the third strike. Bako caught it and looking like he was going to throw it to third to go around the horn but there was no strike 3 call. So then Bako started to talk to the ump, and then he turned around and they continued to talk about it and the ump threw him out.

    Hall looks like he actually cares with that at bat. Notice how I ripped on Hall for not caring (so it looked) in his first at bat and then he makes me look like the jerk I am and takes one yard in his second at bat. Way to go Billy boy!!

    Really? The Brewers are going to be that stupid on the bases? Man oh man. At least that was a gritty play, or a hustling play, or whatever else we want to justify that crap as.

    I've got the yips when I throw too. It started during my last year playing legion baseball and I haven't gotten over it. It's the strangest thing. Some days I can throw fine, others I have no confidence in where I'm throwing the ball. I didn't believe throwing a baseball was mental until this happened.

    That was a bomb. What was funny is that before that at bat or maybe during the Weeks at bat they (Brian and Bill) were talking about how few homeruns are hit at Shea. That was about good enough for two, that was an absolute shot.

    Me wearing a pillow on my head. It was a weird pillow, maybe a neck pillow or something that really worked nicely as a "toadstool hat".

    These posts are hilarious. I didn't get to watch the game, but it sounds like it was a real stinker. Another quality broadcast by FSN, and another quality performance by Dave Bush and the usual thugs in the bullpen.
