If it's not going to be the Brewers, I would prefer the Cardinals, purely for Counsell drama. Yes, I have some growing up to do.

Greinke did it when he was ejected (I believe) in the first inning of a game. It was a weird situation with the ejection and then the Brewers' schedule at the time but I believe he was the first pitcher to start back to back games in quite a while. Someone can correct me if I am wrong.

Still waiting on Frelick to start stinging the ball. It's hard to be negative during a 7-2 game, but yeah.

That's nothing. I'll say it until I'm blue in the face but when the Brewers got Kevin Mench as part of the Cordero trade for Carlos Lee, Daron Sutton acted as if THE right-handed hitter of the decade was walking into the Brewers' clubhouse.

That a way, Willy. You needed that. Nice swing.

Willy really making up for his horrific at bats lately by a stupid running mistake. Now Miller has to lead off the inning.
  7. yfinn6
Really? I don't see it that at all.
  8. yfinn6
Yeah, and it's going to come down to Willy with runners on and he's going to look like garbage.
  9. yfinn6
    This one makes me mad.

I know it's not true and I know it's a long season and you can't always be on point but it's hard to put into words just how awful Adames has looked the last handful of games, almost like he doesn't care. When he was up there, I would have been way more surprised had he actually put that ball in play.

    Great job, Willy. Real swell.
  12. yfinn6
    C'mon... go get that Chourio.
  13. yfinn6
Been a while since I've seen that move at all, regardless of level.
  14. yfinn6
    Wow. Yelich!
  15. yfinn6
    Nevermind. So much for that.
  16. yfinn6
    C'mon Joey, make that hurt.
  17. yfinn6
Awesome. Goodbye no-hitter, goodbye shutout. That has to feel good for Monasterio.

These guys look like they're swinging weight bats tonight.
  19. yfinn6
I didn't think that hit Ortiz. But.. it did. Perfect game is over. Take that Weathers!
  20. yfinn6
The bottom four of the lineup are what they are.. not great.. the top of the lineup looked equally inept in their first at bats tonight. We'll see what the second time through the order brings.
  21. yfinn6
That was about the least surprising result ever. Brewers finally wake up and the bullpen gives it right back. Turnin' it off, boss.

What a bunch of "boomer gibberish". You are free to agree or disagree with whomever on Brewerfan. Nobody is "censoring" what you say, they're just asking you to not be a jerk and follow some simple rules. I know where you are going with this, and I do not think you have as good of a grasp on this amendment as you think you do.

The way both players have been swinging the bat lately, I'm not convinced Perkins has any sort of advantage over Chourio, therefore I was annoyed he was pinch-hit for. I hate playing in Houston.
  24. yfinn6
    Looking for the walk.
  25. yfinn6
    He looks like he belongs.
