  1. Loved Sons of Anarchy, however, the spin-off, Mayans has left me disappointed. It just hasn't held my interest enough to properly binge watch the entire season that I have stored on my dvr. I've only been watching one episode at a time, whenever I have some extra time. Not a show I made extra time for... Was just expecting a lot more...
  2. Cheers, one of the all time greats. I'd put M*A*S*H in that category as well.
  3. I own the entire series of Taxi on dvd. It is classic stuff.
  4. Awespme, I haven't checked that out yet, but loved season one.
  5. whew!
  6. The Mule delivered. Great story. Great movie.
  7. I am assuming you are talking about an actual Ghostbusters movie, with Akroyd and Murray to follow up to the Ghostbusters 2 movie?
  8. Without Stallone/Rocky, I won't have much interest in other Creed films. To be honest, the actor that plays Creed is pretty blah. I just haven't found myself liking him much. On the flipside, and I felt a little guilty about these thoughts, I found myself more drawn to Drago's son than Creed. Viktor Drago has obviously led a much more interesting and painful life that Adonis Creed. His character drew more emotion out of me than Creed, and I found myself feeling genuinely sorry for him.. That is all I can say without posting spoilers, so I'll let it go at that... Whoa, I thought the first Creed was a little corny and didn't see the new one, but Michael B Jordan is a hell of an actor. He made Black Panther. That may be true, but I didn't find him to be a very good "son of Apollo." Just wasn't very convincing as that character.
  9. ...because the rights-holders to Happy Days are not subsidizing a bobble head theme nights? There are a couple Fonzi bobbles out there, not SGA bobbles though. The Stockton Ports did a Fonzi bobble arm years ago for an SGA...
  10. related, but not, I wonder why the Brewers have not capitalized on a Happy Days series of bobbleheads? They do bobbles that have no connection to Milwaukee or Wisconsin, Game of Thrones, Peanuts, Sandlot, Marvel, etc. Why not immortalize Happy Days?
  11. Looking forward to Eastwood's "the Mule."
  12. Green Book was AWESOME! Great acting, great story, well worth the time...

  14. Agreed. It was an awesome movie. Saw it last night, worth seeing for sure... Not much new can be added to your typical ROCKY mix, but I found it to be greatly entertaining...
  15. I love Chicago PD! I let several episodes build up on the dvr, then binge it... Just a great show!
  16. Loved Eastwood's "Old Man and a Gun." Also REALLY loved "A Star Is Born." Another one I didn't expect to like, but it was great. Bohemian Rhapsody was good, would liked to have seen more on the making of their early albums, etc., but it was entertaining.
  17. If you want to be entertained for a couple hours, Instant Family was pretty good. My wife drug me to it, and I expected nothing, but was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed it.
  18. That is on my list...The first Creed was good, not great, just good. Something about watching guys take that many major blows to the head (like the old Rocky movies) was a bit much, given what we know today. Still have to see II though.
  19. I agree. I didn't expect to like it as much as I did. I was just killing a couple hours and thought it would be ok. One thing bothered me in the end, but I won't mention any spoilers.
  20. Bad Times at the El Royal was very entertaining... It had a Hateful Eight feel to it, but was not a western in any way. Also really enjoyed Quiet Place. I'm not a horror movie guy, and this wasn't a horror movie imo, but some were labeling it that way.
  21. So good!
