  1. One just sold for $75 + $6 shipping... Average is dropping...
  2. The Chorizo stitch bobble doesn't go that low, in fact, they are at or around the $100 mark these days. We all know about Bernie. The Polish and hot dog are going cheap though. I just wonder if they will go up in price like the Chorizo has...
  3. Because of our crap-filled offense, every game that our manager blows from stupidity hurts that much more. If we are in position to win games with our lack of offense, those games become even more important in the grand scheme of things. It's all the little things with our manager that seem to add up to several losses per year. In a race towards the playoffs, every loss counts, and could eliminate us from play-off contention.
  4. If there are 5000+ of them out there, I don't think it is wise to hoard them, that is a recipe for failure if you ask me. If there are only 1000-1500 of them, I completely agree, get as many as you can and hold onto them. Right now though, if you buy as many as you can once they go below $50, you might wish you hadn't done so when we find out there are 6000 of them out there.
  5. AWESOMENESS! The line about leaving for the money is LOL funny coming from a Yankees fan.
  6. I never got into the lawn gnomes. Buddy of mine gave me the Chorizo, but I have no intention getting the the other 2, or any in the future.
  7. To be honest, I am not noticing any national exposure... We are quietly the best team in baseball (according to win/loss records) yet get no coverage. If it was the Yankees or Red Sox with this success, the media would be falling all over themselves to get stories and snippets on the team and their success.
  8. This is exactly what I thought... Not sure why Yost was the brunt of the article when it basically said that all managers are guilty of the same thing.
  9. THAT is debatable... Even with RRR at the helm, we still get Yosted... I don't see much of a difference between them actually. Maybe we should call it RRR'd? Roenicked?
  10. Why would it take Weeks plus 2 other guys? I would think Rickie and one other guy would get it done since Rasmus is a FA after this season. I'm not sure I'd deal 2 other minor leaguers from that list to get Rasmus. Doesn't Rasmus have a hard time staying healthy? I'm for moving Weeks, but not if we have to overpay in prospects.
  11. 2 more: $70.99 + $6.50 $62.00 + $6.99 I think with this trend, you'd be foolish to buy one until they bottom out. They might end up even less than $50.
  12. I would venture a guess that is not the reason they waited. You are probably right, but still fishy none the less...
  13. and another one just sold at $75.20 + $5.80 shipping. Average selling price on ebay to this point is $100.73 which includes shipping costs. Averages are misleading though, as the price is coming down slowly but surely.
  14. 2 more Seguras sold: 69.99 + $6.99 shipping $82.00 + $8.00 shipping
  15. agreed...I thought this was gone, but it has returned. *sigh*
  16. I might as well keep this updated. Those still looking can at least see the current trends. 2 more today: $83 + $8 shipping $76 + $8 shipping On a sidenote, another Iceman sold today for $350 plus... This one was sold by ICEMAN himself, as that is his ebay name...
  17. Smith looked un-hittable, and he comes out of the game because of a right handed hitter? These are the reasons I do not like our manager. These little things build up during a season.
  18. 2 more sold today, both for $91 plus $8 shipping...
  19. So glad that Henderson is getting a bobble this year and not Peralta...
  20. On a side note, I find it funny that the T-Rats gave out bobbles to yesterday's game and called it spring cleaning. They gave out a bunch of bobbles from the past couple of years that they had laying around, to the first 500 fans. Bobbles included Brock, Lucroy, Whiffer, 2012 bobble boys, Coulter, and Erickson. The funny part is that suddenly, ebay has an abundance of all the bobbles given out just yesterday. The Lucroy has always been a tough one to get, and one hasn't shown up on ebay in quite a while. Since yesterday, there are 3 or 4 of them that have shown up. Coincidence?
  21. It is definitely cheaper to buy the bobbles on the secondary market than actually purchasing the game ticket, parking, etc... I used to HAVE to go to all the bobble games, but not so much anymore because they are easy to get and cheap.
  22. Well, we can't win them all, even though lately it seems like it... I'm tired of the Wang experiment. Having him on the roster at some point is going to cost us a game due to the empty roster space he is taking.
  23. This is exactly why all those outs on the base paths just freaking kill me... It just never ends. UGHHH!
