    Ever since that happened it seems like he has been falling out of his stance or twirling the bat over his head on his follow through. Maybe he did this before and I didn't notice but that just stuck out to me.

    Mota makes me wish we still had johnny estrada....well actually i wish we had neither. Still don't get why Ned feels the need to bring him in time after time in close games. The guy is trash, let him loose.

    Sounds like a stat line that Counsell will put up in the next couple of weeks minus the home run. Seriously, Counsell does not belong on the field more than once a week. Like he said early on in the season, if he is playing more than 1-2 times a week the Brewers are in trouble. It's Russell the Muscle time! (granted I would love to see Gamel as well, but it just won't happen)

    I'll be there with a group of 6 on Saturday and Sunday. Not sure where the seats are as my buddy took care of that. Just curious what hotel everybody is staying at as well. We have two rooms at the Hilton in Woburn which is about 12 miles from Fenway.

    Well if it didn't swell up that is a great sign because when I tore my acl it swelled up like crazy within the first hour or so. The doctor said that it is typical for the knee to swell when the acl is torn. This is a good sign so far.

    I wouldn't at all be surprised if fielder went off this weekend and hit 3 or 4 homers. You could tell it's been bothering him lately with some of the big hacks he has been taking. Hopefully he goes back to the same old prince we know and love from last year.

    I was thinking the same thing. I will pick Sheets for both the first and second brewer homers. There is a reason Yost put him in the 8 spot today. The reason the lineup will generate more runs is because Sheets will be driving them in.

    When I was watching the game last night, I believe they said that whoever was playing centerfield was going to be in the 2 spot. Apparently Yost was some lineup continuity. If TGJ continues to hit and get on base like he has this spring, I have no problem leaving him in the 2 spot
