I looked but haven't seen much discussion of Braun's play this spring. Are most thinking it's spring so it doesn't matter? Are any of you concerned with the lack of play, let alone few productive at bats (recognizing that spring is different here too)? I'm concerned, but I'd be interested in the opinions of those of you who are more thoughtful about this than I am.

Rained down is a little extreme considering it was a Pirates crowd. More like drizzled. lol True, and the Pirates fans around us were all very welcoming. Nobody gave us any problems at all. Two years ago we were at PNC and we were compelled to move away from some obnoxious, drunk Brewer fans. I was talking with my wife about this thread and she said she'll wear her Brewer gear at Citi Field, but not her Braun jersey.

Will be going to see a game during the Mets series in May at Citi Field. I'm a little concerned, not for my safety, but just that the booing and heckling will be unbearable to hear. We went to Pittsburgh last summer, and I was surprised at the boos that rained down for Braun and Prince with each at bat. I assume now that will just be worse everywhere.

I feel just like TheCrew. I am hoping the arbiter report reveals something more than we know now about why the decision was made. I doubt that it will. I'm upset this became public at all for Braun's sake, but also for mine. I really don't need another reason to feel duped by sports. It seems increasingly difficult to be a sports fan in good conscience.

Maybe they come back and win this game, maybe they come back and win the series. I don't see either. But, the worst part about it is how embarrassing it is.

But he also begged Fielder to stay in Milwaukee because he and Braun are so much fun to watch together. I don't see any bias on MLB network, except *maybe* Plesac for the Crew.
