Glad Gagne manned up to it and that someone is showing some accountability. He probably isn't removed any other way. As for who to replace him? I'd just experiment until something works. Mota probably my first choice right now but anyone is an option in my opinion. Even McClung.

Eh, why not. Not like anyone we throw out there will be better. May as well experiment until something works. Shouse needs to start.

LOL @ this lineup. WE SURRENDER

I'd like to see Yost gone but I don't want Simmons taking over.

I'd like to see what we can get for Sheets come the deadline and for him to get through the season healthy before offering him a ridiculous contract.

I failed miserably on my bets but cool to see Big Brown win. I did put $6 bet to win on Big Brown but I don't think that's going to pay out to well. Hopefully the horse can win the Triple Crown. Impressive. That's too bad about Eight Belles also.

Well seeing as it's not a question as to if Sheets will hit the DL but when, I'd say there is something to be depressed about. Another question is if Yo damaged his knee more by pitching two more innings. If he did, Yost or Maddux or whoever should be fired.

I wouldn't mind as long as it would benefited us financially or otherwise.

What a huge win today. Went from a bad bad lose to a best win of the season. I'm pumped. Hopefully we can feed of this win.

I watched the Celtics/Hawks game after it got too bad. Sorry.

I haven't heard this story yet but I'm fairly familiar with the serial killer pushing people into the river thing. I do think there is some odd coincidences but yea in the end it's most likely drunks falling into the river on accident. Guess it's worth checking out just in case.

I plan on buying it as soon as get a 360. :l So maybe sometime in the next month. Haven't really seen to many commercials though, I saw one last night. That's all I've seen.

As opposed to paying him 3.2 million to blow games for us? I don't know about you or anyone else but I'm not counting on Turnbow getting his act together here. I think both sides would be best suited moving on. Maybe we just need re-sign Matt Wise. (edit: long nested quote --1992)
  16. Mr QL
Why is Turnbow still on this team? I don't know what else he has to do for us to finally get rid of him.

Just DL Sheets and be done with it. Need that extra guy and you're not kidding anyone by having Sheets trying to come back.

Our offense has been garbage and our bullpen has been garbage. There's no other way around that. Something is wrong when we're looking worse than the Giants offensively with this lineup. The bats SHOULD warm up but I have 0 confidence in this pen. I have serious doubts this team can compete for the division with these guys. Can we fire Yost yet?
  20. Mr QL
I didnt see whole game but offense looks like it was really on tonight -_- what a joke
  21. Mr QL
how did i miss this >_>

Kelvin isn't a bad guy. So what if he text'd some players more than he should. I think this is a great pick up. Feel really good about the direction of the team.
  23. Mr QL
    McClung for McCloser
  24. Mr QL
Baldelli is probably done I would think. Gross went out well. Wish him luck in Tampa. What does this Butler guy project to be?
  25. Mr QL
Ned doesn't know you are allowed to bring in closers in nonsave opportunities.
